Welcome to the Alien Collab, hosted by myself and the lovely @ForgeFrog, where some lucky aliens will get to escape Area 51 and blow this pop stand with our crew!
What?
This is a collab/contest (I’ll get to that) where entrants will draw an original alien character/design that’ll be put into a final art piece in which they’ll be escaping Area 51!
All you have to do is…
- Draw your alien (following the rules below)
- Send your alien to me through DM here on NG!
It’s that simple!
Rules?
- Your alien needs to be properly sized for the final piece (roughly 1024x1024).
- Your alien must be a PNG on a transparent background (it won’t work otherwise!)
- You can draw your alien traditionally, but you need to have a way to ensure the size and make the background transparent. I can’t do it for you!
- You need to be scouted to the art portal in order to participate.
- NEW!: The prize for the contest portion may be Alien Hominid, but we'd prefer original designs from entrants! This is a general alien collab, not AH!
- The background will be a "big hole-in-the-wall" jailbreak scene made to fit the aliens that get submitted, so you can go pretty wild on how you want to make yours pose and whatnot. Just note that we want to keep things between the E-T range!

When?
You’ll need to have your alien submitted by November 7th!
After that, the final collab will be compiled and posted by me as soon as possible.
What’s this about a contest?
Finally, the good stuff!
We’ll be extremely appreciative of all entries we get, but one lucky participant will receive a copy of Alien Hominid for the PS2 signed by Tom Fulp!
The winner will be judged and decided after the deadline, and will be announced when the collab is posted. Exciting!
